Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date. Notifications and communications from pkr68 will be sent to the contact details held on your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkr68 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkr68 immediately via the support email.
pkr68 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
pkr68 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at any given time. The availability of specific payment methods — including familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change. The listing of payment rail names on this Platform is for contextual reference only and does not imply that any bank, wallet provider or payment service endorses, facilitates or approves of gambling transactions.
All deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

pkr68 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures and other events outside pkr68's direct control may affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr68's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
